Tasks

  • Exchange of nearly 300 PC
    • install preconfigured Windows 10 image (including BIOS update and profile loading)
    • update internal hardware database (own, specific database - as the database is connected to the install process this has to be done directly)
    • attribute the software packages and user from the old to the new PC (in the same own system than the CMDB)
    • deliver the PC with manual copy of the data (including Outlook check - manual copy of the data asked by the customer)
